We do our best to process and ship an order within 2 - 3 business days of our receipt of the order. Orders received after 12:30 p.m. EST are logged in the next day. Orders received after 12:30 p.m. on Fridays, holidays or weekends are logged in the next business day. During extra heavy periods, such as Ramadan, Eid, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Mother’s Day please allow several additional days for an order to be processed and shipped; please plan your order accordingly.
Deliveries can be as quick as 4 business days or as long as 10 business days. To most parts of the world one week to 20 days is quite common. We ship APO/FPO, AK, HI, PR, VI, and P.O. Box orders via the US Postal Service, and these destinations are subject to an additional charge. APO/FPO shipments require 6-8 weeks for delivery.
Orders that contain a PO in the shipping address will experience a significant delivery delay, a $5.00 shipping surcharge or cancellation without notice at Sweet Sunnah's discretion.
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or APO/AFO incur a $20 shipping surcharge due to the increased cost of shipping from UPS.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Express Delivery-U.S. only :
If you need faster than normal shipping time, Express Delivery is also available upon request for an additional charge. We offer next-day and 2-day Express Mail. Express Delivery not available to PO Boxes.

We are happy to make shipments to Canada. Free shipping offers do not apply to orders shipped to Canada or any country outside the US. We are unable to estimate shipping costs at this time. You can go to

If you have a UPS account we will bill the UPS account number for the entire shipping cost, which may include shipping Canadian customs taxes, UPS brokerage fees and UPS transit fees. Rush Orders:
We require a minimum of 2 business days to process an order. Should you require that your order be rushed and shipped sooner than our regular timetable, we can do so for a surcharge of $10.00. However, please note that we cannot accept rush order requests after 12:30 p.m. EST.
Return/Refund Policy:

Would you like to return part or all of your order? No problem! Returns are easy! Here are a few guidelines.
We accept returns that are received by Sweet Sunnah within 30 days of their original ship date.

To avoid damage, items should be sent back in their original shipping containers and packaging. We urge you to carefully repack any returns. Items that are poorly packed are often damaged in transit. If we receive your return and it is damaged, we will withhold the refund. It will then be your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier who shipped your package.

Items should be in new and unused condition with all original label, inserts and packaging.

Pending any problems with the return, the original purchasing credit card is issued a refund within 2 business days of receipt of product(s).

Items received as gifts are eligible for store credit or product exchange, the above guidelines still apply.

Sweet Sunnahs does not assume responsiblity for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses may be re-routed by UPS or returned to Sweet Sunnah as undeliverable. If the shipment is re-routed by UPS a $5.00 UPS charge is assessed to the billing party.

One last note, if the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e., free shipping, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the refund
Returning or Getting a Refund for Damaged Merchandise:
Although we have strict QA policies in place regarding our inventory, the occasional damaged product may get inadvertently shipped to a customer. What should you do if you receive damaged merchandise? CONTACT US TO RECEIVE AN RMA and return label. Damaged product returns must have the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. If the RMA number is not clearly written, the return may be lost or refused.
Unfortunately, we've had customers who claim to have received damaged products in order to receive a free return label from us. Because of this, we thoroughly inspect all returns. If it is determined that the items are not damaged, we reserve the right to charge the billing party for the cost of return shipping and assess a 15% restocking fee.

Checks are only accepted for US customers and must be held for 7 business days before shipping product. You may pay by money order from any country.
